Free Return Shipping
Change-of-mind & sizing returns
Free return shipping fee. If you changed your mind or the size does not fit, we do not charge a return shipping fee. We email you a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
You can return any eligible item for any reason in 30 days from the delivery date. That includes items that do not fit, colors that look different than you expected, and gifts the recipient did not want. You do not pay for the return label and we do not charge a restocking fee.
If you need a different size, we suggest an exchange instead of a return. Your new size is printed to order and shipped to you at no extra shipping cost.

Direct exchanges for a different size or color of the same product, in 30 days from the delivery date.
Return conditions
- Items are unworn and unwashed, with no stains, odors, pet hair or perfume.
- Items are in their original packaging where possible, with all tags attached.
- Shoes are tried on indoors only, on a clean surface, and returned in their original box.
- Your order number is included in your return request.
Items we cannot accept
- Items returned more than 30 days after the delivery date.
- Items that were worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
- Items not purchased from cheerlygifts.com.
- Packages mailed without our prepaid label, since we may not be able to match them to your order.

Pack the item
Pack the item securely, in its original packaging if possible, with tags attached.

Drop it off
Attach the label and drop the package at any USPS, UPS or FedEx location, matching the carrier shown on the label.

Get your refund
We inspect your return and process your refund in 2 business days after it arrives (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MT).

Your replacement ships
Your replacement is made to order and enters production in 2 business days after inspection (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MT). If the size or color you want is no longer offered, we issue a full refund instead.

Refunds go back to your original payment through PayPal. If you paid with your PayPal balance, the refund returns to your PayPal balance. If you paid with a card through PayPal Guest Checkout, the refund returns to that card. We email you when the refund is issued.
The original $4.95 shipping fee is non-refundable for change-of-mind and sizing returns. It is refunded in full if the item was defective, damaged in transit or not the item you ordered. Return shipping is free in every case.
Defective or Wrong Items
If something is not right
If your item arrives defective, damaged or different from what you ordered, email us photos of the item and its packaging no later than 30 days after delivery. You choose a free replacement or a full refund, including the original $4.95 shipping fee.
Examples of defects include misprinted or peeling designs, holes or open seams, a wrong size label, or the wrong product. Small color differences between your screen and the printed item are normal for printed products and are not a defect. You can still return that item as a change-of-mind return with free return shipping.

Because each item is printed to order, there is a short window to cancel before production starts.

To cancel, email [email protected] with your order number and the word "Cancel" in the subject line. We go by the time your email arrives, not the time we read it. We confirm by email and refund your original PayPal payment in 2 business days (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MT).
